- To qualify for free delivery, a minimum order of QR 50 is required.
- Orders below QR 50 will incur a delivery fee, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
Handling Charges:
- Heavy-duty items and products requiring extra care, such as certain pots, tall plants, Potting Soil, Pebbles etc. be subject to specific handling charges.
- The handling fee will vary depending on the product and will be communicated to you before delivery.
Ordering and Payment:
- Orders can be placed through our website. Payment can be made using the available payment methods.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- All payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Delivery:
- We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. However, the minimum Delivery time is 24 hours except the fresh flowers.
- You will be notified of the expected delivery date and time once your order is processed.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Returns and Refunds:
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us within Three days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.
